At Pupupic, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair and reasonable way. Please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging 
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
Please note that items showing signs of use or damage unrelated to a product defect may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain toy items may not be eligible for return once opened or used (e.g., toys with small detachable parts that have been removed from original packaging). If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return request.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at service@pupupic.com with the following information:
  •  Your order number
  •  A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if the item arrived damaged or defective. 
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions once the return is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  •  A refund
  • Or another appropriate solution. 
Supporting photos or videos may be required to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
